Hello neighbors!

We’re Summerlake residents and we’re so excited to introduce Summerlake Life, a community-driven newsletter created by and for the homeowners of Summerlake in Pendleton, IN. While we’re not affiliated with the HOA or the management company, we are passionate residents who want to build on the sense of community that makes our neighborhood special.

Our goal is to keep you informed and connected by sharing what’s happening in and around Summerlake. From neighborhood news and upcoming events to updates on new builds and road construction (as best as possible), we’ll dive into the topics that matter most to our community. We also look forward to spotlighting Summerlake neighbors, local clubs, and other exciting happenings!

But this isn’t just our newsletter, it’s yours, too! We’d love to hear from you and encourage more community voices to get involved. Whether it’s forming welcome committees for new neighbors, organizing a neighborhood watch, or sharing updates from our local clubs, there are so many ways we can work together to strengthen our community.

Summerlake is already home to some fantastic groups, including a Book Club and Bunco, which have brought neighbors together for fun and connection. We’ve also seen a growing interest on social media in forming new clubs, and we’d love to help bring those ideas to life! Some potential new groups include pickleball, Euchre nights, Moms Clubs, Dads Clubs, Walking & Running Clubs, crafting groups, and social meet-ups for different interests, and the list keeps growing! If you’re interested in joining or starting a club, let us know so we can help spread the word and connect neighbors with shared interests.
